Nov 17, 2018 For Mac os X. For Mac osx, if java 8 already installed in your pc. Just open terminal and write command to search where is JDK folder, by using `/usr/libexec/javahome -v` command, then change. In some Mac systems (earlier than Mac OS X 10.7 Lion), JDK has been pre-installed. To check if JDK has been installed, open a 'Terminal' (Search 'Terminal'; or Finder ⇒ Go ⇒ Utilities ⇒ Terminal) and issue this command: javac -version. If a JDK version number is returned (e.g., JDK 1.x.x), then JDK has already been installed.
